- As a family we have raised beef cattle in the Utah/Wyoming area for generations.

- Our calves are raised on mountain grass, and finished on corn.
- We individually select our beef to grade Choice.
- We dry age our beef 14-21 days in humidity-controlled refrigerators to enhance taste and tenderness.
