The beef we provide is the best available. While it is possible to get a great cut of meat from your local market, every one of our cuts will consistently be of the highest quality.

- As a family we have raised beef cattle in the  Utah/Wyoming area for generations.
- We raise Angus beef
- Our calves are raised on mountain grass, and finished on corn.
- We individually select our beef to grade Choice.
- We dry age our beef 14-21 days in humidity-controlled refrigerators to enhance taste and tenderness.
